Our Favourite School Trip Memories

Max

My favourite memory from the trip was our visit to the mountains. It poured with rain from morning until evening, but we still had an amazing time! We went climbing. At first, I was so scared because we were very high up, but my classmates helped me. We didn’t visit any old buildings that day. When we went back to our rooms, we stayed awake late. Someone told really funny jokes and I just couldn’t stop smiling! I wanted to get some images of us, but my phone was out of battery.

Lily

I really loved our final day in the city. The sun was shining, so we didn’t need our umbrellas! We walked around the market to find some cheap things to take home. I spent my cash on a beautiful little cup for my desk. After that, we sat by the river and I used my phone to capture some great images of my classmates eating ice cream. I wasn’t frightened of doing anything that day! At night, we were too tired to talk or tell funny stories, so we just slept.

Sam

For me, the best part of our school holiday was visiting the history centre. I absolutely loved looking at the things people used hundreds of years ago. We didn’t spend money on any gifts there because the shop was closed. Later, we went to a special class at a restaurant. A chef showed us how to prepare a famous local soup! I was really happy because I love being in the kitchen. It was quite a serious day, so there weren’t many jokes, but I still enjoyed it. It was completely dry, too!
