On Saturday morning, her mother and father drove her to the airport. They gave her a big hug and said goodbye. Then, Mia walked through the security check by herself. Leo is fifteen years old, and his family loves visiting new places. When they go on holiday, his parents usually want to fly because it is very fast. His older sister prefers travelling by car. However, Leo’s favourite way to travel is by train. He loves it because he can watch the beautiful countryside from his seat.
Last month, the family went to visit his aunt in Scotland. At first, his dad wanted to buy plane tickets. Leo asked his dad to choose the train instead. He explained that they could see beautiful green hills and deep lakes. Finally, his parents agreed to try it.
