On our second night, it was very cold outside. We cooked some hot soup on a small fire, and then we all went into our tents to sleep. I was in a warm sleeping bag, but I couldn’t close my eyes. Everything was very quiet and dark.

Suddenly, I heard a loud noise coming from the forest. At first, I thought it was the wind in the trees. Then, I heard it again. It was a family of wild wolves! They were calling to each other in the dark. I was not frightened at all. Their song was beautiful and it made me feel completely amazed.
