Fifteen-year-old Kien usually lives in a quiet town. Last week, he travelled to Ho Chi Minh City with his parents for a holiday. On Wednesday afternoon, his parents wanted to sleep at the hotel. However, Kien decided to explore a famous market by himself. He felt safe because he had a map on his new smartphone.

A Rainy Holiday to Remember
Fifteen-year-old Tom loves spending his holidays outdoors. Last week, he travelled to a beautiful lake in the mountains with his parents and his younger sister, Lily. They planned to stay for three days. Tom was really excited to go hiking and swimming in the clear water. When they arrived, the sun was shining, and they quickly put up their large family tent.
However, the weather suddenly changed on the second morning. A heavy rainstorm started while they were having breakfast. The sky became completely dark, and the wind was very strong. Tom felt incredibly disappointed. He knew they couldn’t go swimming or walk in the mountains in such terrible weather. They had to stay inside their tent all day.
