A Planet-Friendly Promise
Fourteen-year-old Sam lives with his family in a small town. A few months ago, he watched an interesting documentary on television about the world’s oceans. He was very sad to see so many plastic bags floating in the water. Right then, Sam decided to change his habits.
The next day, Sam told his parents about his new rule. He promised to never use a plastic bag from the supermarket again. To prepare, Sam used his pocket money to buy three strong cloth bags.
