My Wonderful Village Life

Hi, I’m Leo! I am fifteen years old and I live in a small village called Greenwood. Two years ago, my parents and I lived in a busy city. It was always noisy and there was a lot of traffic. Moving to Greenwood was a big change, but now I think it is the best place for a teenager to live.

The greatest thing about living here is the friendly people. In the city, we didn’t know our neighbours. Here, everybody knows my family. When I walk to school in the morning, people always smile and say hello. If someone needs help with their garden or pets, the neighbours always come to help. It feels very safe.

Some of my friends from the city think village life is boring because we don’t have large shopping centres. However, I never feel bored. I spend a lot of time outside in nature.
